FACE YOGA METHOD™ was created in Japan by Fumiko Takatsu. She combined relaxation, stretching and toning exercises and created a program that that will help you work on specific parts of your face.

By practicing FYM you will, first of all, be more aware of your facial muscles and your little habits that might promote creating wrinkles or asymmetry in your face.

Relaxing and stretching will reduce the tension in your neck and face area and prepare the muscles to do some toning exercises.

You can choose to work on specific parts of your face. If you would like to reduce droopy eyelids, slim down your cheeks or work on the double chin – you will find a set of exercises referring to your challenge.

FYM brings many benefits. It will influence your posture and give you tools to reduce tension in your neck area. It will increase blood circulation in your face that will result in better looking complexion. You will look younger!
